Two things to note about information concerning Grandparents Rights:
1) As with many things in today's world, the laws and information in this area are changing constantly. Look at the dates of the articles, books, etc.
2) Consider the credibility of the internet sites you are searching. The most credible one is, by far, the AARP site --- https://www.aarp.org/
