CREATE YOUR OWN GRANDPARENTS RIGHTS

       START EARLY

The birth of each grandchild, aside from being a undisputed miracle, starts a magic transformation in a Caring Grandparent. According to Lesley Stahl’s new book “BECOMING GRANDMA” there is an actual chemical change that aids this bonding process.

I don’t know about you all but I have been hopelessly smitten with each and all of my Grands and Great Grands with or without any chemical change. I am in awe of every one of them. At the same time I am acutely aware of the ripe opportunity I have in this unique relationship between Grandparent and Grandchild. I hold the power to add so much value to the lives of these loving and lovable gifts to our family.

I am not so naive as to think this is all you have to do to enjoy life long Grandparents rights but I will tell you it goes a long way to creating the fertile ground for a growing and meaningful relationship as the years progress. Over time a lot of things change in family dynamics. Each time you contribute to the well being and growth of your grandchild you create more chances of enjoying your Grandkids more often.

Thank You for being a Caring Grandparent. GRANDPA NEIL
