Grandparents Rights

Two things to note about information concerning Grandparents Rights, 1) As many things in today’s world the laws and information in this area are changing all the time. Look at the dates of the articles, books, etc. 2) Consider the credibility of the internet sites you are searching. The most credible one is by far the AARP site. I applaud the fact that you are fighting for the best interest of your Grandchildren. Thanks for being a Caring Grandparent.

  There would be little need for any Grandparents Rights legislation, family court and/or mediation if it wasn’t for all of the power dynamics, manipulation and or perceived slights that seem to permeate families. By the time things get to the point of a “Rights struggle” there has been a lot of water under the bridge. I hear a lot of stories that begin in the Labor and Delivery room at the hospital.
